The builder recomputes from live snapshots, chosen leverage, equal underlying quantities, and a selected funding scenario. Historical averages only appear with sufficient real points.
Operational controls
Projection is simple and non-compounded. Custom rates are clearly user assumptions. Local saves are labeled simulations.
Limits and risk
Simulation cannot predict future funding, basis, slippage, fees, margin rules, or execution success.
Missing, stale, or contract-dependent values remain unavailable. Hinge does not insert demo values to complete a calculation.
